Foundation: Faculty of Psychology at Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv is the most prestigious educational institution in Ukraine which trains professional psychologists since 1967. Tradition of psychological education here began more than a century ago when in 1897 Professor H. Chelpanov introduced psychological studies at Faculty of Philosophy. Since then the University has been at the forefront in the field supporting traditions of classical academic psychological education and introducing the most up-to-date technologies to supply educational process and research devoted to the subject.
